The fuselage and wings have always been stored in a climate controlled warehouse. Was purchased as a complete kit and has not been fully assembled since. About 99% complete to be flying.
Engine is Jabiru 3300 - brand new, just removed from crate and mounted on the plane. Has all necessary sensors and components along with CHT and EGT probes. 2 Ignition coils and 2 sets of spark plugs on each cylinder. Comes with Shell Aero Oil 15W50.
PAC ( Prince Aircraft Company ) Propeller BRAND NEW
Instruments include: VDO engine sensors, Blue Mountain Avionics EFIS – speed, altitude, turn/slip indicator, MGL CHT and EGT engine monitor
16 Gallon fuel tank. Comes with 2 pairs of tires. Stock and Goodyear Flight Leader 450x190-5 10 PLY
Only thing missing is the engine cover which can be easily made from plastic or aluminum. I may order it or have it manufactured before the plane is purchased.
The Sonex kit at this stage alone costs $35,000+
Jabiru Engine alone costs $22,000 plus 6 month waiting time.
The tires and flight instruments cost over $3000.
