With your resume or call for on the spot interviews. JZAVIEA Entertainment Sales Group is expanding our Sales & Booking Department and is looking for motivated, confident, and outgoing Sales Representatives to join our team.
ON-THE-SPOT PHONE INTERVIEWS ARE BEING HELD TODAY.
We are looking to add multiple sales representatives who are comfortable making calls, following up with businesses, building relationships, and closing deals.
WHAT YOU’LL BE SELLING & BOOKING
Our sales team helps generate business for our entertainment company by:
• Booking our music artists, bands, DJs, and live performers for paid shows
• Contacting hotels, resorts, restaurants, bars, country clubs, casinos, communities, and event venues
• Selling live entertainment and event packages to businesses
• Following up with interested venues and decision-makers
• Building recurring and multi-date entertainment contracts
• Helping expand JZAVIEA Records & Entertainment into new markets
You are not just selling a product — you are helping businesses book entertainment, artists, and experiences.
COMPENSATION OPPORTUNITY
Compensation opportunities may include:
• $30/hour based on the terms and eligibility requirements of the employment/contractor offer
• Weekly performance bonuses of approximately $800–$1,100 for qualifying completed goals/tasks
• Sales commissions of approximately 5%–10%, depending on the sale, role, and compensation agreement
Full compensation terms, eligibility requirements, probation/evaluation periods, commission structure, and payment schedule will be explained during the interview and provided in writing before accepting the position.
