Total Marketing Solutions LLC is a South Florida sales and marketing company partnered with an established compounding pharmacy and lab. We are hiring 2 independent sales reps to open and grow the physician and clinic channel across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach.
Full-cycle B2B selling to physicians, med spas, wellness and HRT clinics, and IV clinics. Prospect, run intro meetings, close accounts, and keep reorders coming. No consumer selling.
Compensation: 1099, 100% commission, no cap.
- 20% of first-order value on every new account
- 10% trailing commission on every reorder while the account stays active
- Higher comp negotiable for proven producers
No inventory or investment. The pharmacy handles prescriptions, fulfillment, and shipping; the lab handles testing.
Requirements:
- 2+ years selling to clinics or prescribers in pharma, medical device, peptides/GLP-1, aesthetics, or wellness
- Existing prescriber or clinic relationships in South Florida
- Approved materials only; no off-label or outcome claims
- Self-managed with reliable transportation
