Order Picker / Delivery Driver – Seafood Distribution (Miami)

Xpand Staffing is hiring a reliable Order Picker / Delivery Driver for a seafood distribution company. This is a hands-on position combining warehouse order selection and delivery driving. Candidates must be comfortable working inside a freezer/cold seafood environment and making deliveries throughout Miami-Dade, Broward, and the Tri-County area.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Pick and select seafood products accurately according to customer orders
- Work inside freezer and refrigerated areas
- Prepare, organize, load, and unload orders for delivery
- Safely operate a box truck
- Deliver products to customers throughout South Florida
- Verify orders and ensure accurate deliveries
- Assist with warehouse duties before and/or after delivery routes
- Must be comfortable handling seafood products and working in a cold, wet warehouse environment
- Must have a clean driving record/MVR
- Must successfully complete a background check
- Must be dependable and punctual for an early 6:00 AM start
- Must be flexible with the finish time—the shift ends when the work/route is completed
- Must be available for overtime as needed
- Previous warehouse, order-picking, delivery, or box-truck experience preferred
💰 Pay: $19.00/hour
🕕 Schedule: 6:00 AM – Finish + OT as needed
🚚 Position: Full-Time Order Picker / Delivery Driver
📍 Delivery Area: Miami-Dade, Broward & surrounding Tri-County areas
This is NOT a driving-only position. Candidates must be willing to work in the warehouse/freezer, pick orders, load products, and complete deliveries.
