Seeking an experienced carpenter responsible for completing punch-out work and final finishing tasks on a construction site. Duties include patching and repairing drywall, painting, adjusting and repairing doors, installing or repairing trim, performing minor carpentry work, and addressing miscellaneous repairs as needed. The carpenter will be responsible for identifying and correcting deficiencies, ensuring all work meets quality standards, and completing final touch-ups to prepare the project for inspection and turnover. Requirements:
* Experience in carpentry and construction punch-out work.
* Knowledge of drywall patching, painting, and door adjustments.
* Ability to perform minor repairs and finish work.
