We are seeking an experienced Welder to join our production team and contribute to the fabrication of our products.
We are looking for a skilled Welder to work in our manufacturing facility, producing high-quality physical therapy tables and equipment. The successful candidate will have experience with welding techniques, including MIG, welding, and be able to work with various metals, including steel and aluminum. The ideal candidate will be a team player, able to work efficiently and safely in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong attention to detail.
**Responsibilities:**
* Weld and assemble physical therapy tables and equipment according to specifications and blueprints
* Operate welding equipment, including MIG welders, and perform routine maintenance on equipment
* Work with various metals, including steel and aluminum, and be able to identify and select the correct materials for each project
* Use measuring instruments, such as calipers and micrometers, to ensure accuracy and precision
* Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
* Collaborate with other team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards
* Perform quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards
**Requirements:**
* 2+ years of experience in welding, preferably in a manufacturing environment
* High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or certification in welding preferred
* Experience with MIG welding techniques
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently
* Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
