Used three seat sofa , still in good condition. No rips , tears stains , smoke , pets or cats. I'm emphasizing this is a use sofa , not a new to give away for free. I had this for a couple of years , till I could afford a new one. Nice , comfortable , sturdy sofa must be picked up. Could just be put out on a patio for dogs or cats
