The Cleaners at Red Mountain is a locally owned residential cleaning company looking for experienced solo cleaners and established two-person cleaning teams to build long-term working relationships with.
We handle the bookings, scheduling, customer communication, pricing, payments, and backend. You focus on showing up, doing great work, and getting paid.
COMPENSATION:
• Solo cleaner: 60% of each job
• Two-person team: 30% per cleaner

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
• Residential cleaning experience
• Solo cleaner or reliable two-person team
• Dependable, honest, and professional
• Strong attention to detail
• Fluent English
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Willing to complete a background check
• Valid driver’s license
• Active auto insurance
• Clean, reliable vehicle
• Professional appearance
• Your own cleaning supplies and equipment
• Comfortable using a mobile job portal to view assignments, check in/out, and upload required before-and-after photos
INSURANCE:
General liability insurance is required before your first assignment.
You can still apply if you don't have coverage yet. Qualified cleaners can obtain coverage during onboarding before receiving their first assignment.
