A loving Bay Area family is seeking a local, long-term, engaged Full-Time, Live-Out Nanny to serve as a true parenting partner for their active toddler. This is a collaborative "shared care" role working closely alongside Mom, with an eye toward growing with the family as they hope to expand in the future. Candidates should have a deep understanding of early childhood developmental milestones, whether as a nanny or as an early childhood teacher with strong references.

• Plan creative, developmentally rich activities and outings
• Work as a "step-in / step-out" caregiver alongside Mom, including solo coverage for date nights and events
• Keep playroom and children's spaces organized, including toy rotations
