I have an opportunity for someone who is handy! I want to convert a carport to a bedroom and if someone can build it, I will pay for materials. After that, you can live in it for free, and help me keep up my property. Mostly yardwork type stuff, would take max. 5 hours a week. Occasional extra thing, but anything big I would pay for. Bathroom and kitchen are in the main house, but the carport is attached so it's just a couple steps. Will provide mini-split for heat and air. Update: most of the outside is done, but not surprisingly the person who was doing it has flaked. So, still looking! Please do not respond if you have no construction experience or are a flake.
