Has been sitting for about 4 years. The tires have good tread. However, being that it has been sitting for so long outside the tires might need to be checked by a professional.
Has ramps, piston still works. As stated above, it has not been used in 4 years and I don't know if the seals on the piston dry out over time. I do know that several years ago when I took it to the dump and lifted it all the way, some fluid leaked out of the breather hole under max lift with about 10K of load.
The brakes and lights worked last time I used it.
