WANTED: Mechanic to Replace Timing Chain Kit — 2011 Kia Sedona 3.5L V6

Looking for an experienced mechanic with their own garage or shop space to do a full timing chain replacement on my 2011 Kia Sedona, 3.5L V6 (Lambda II / G6DC engine), 92,000 miles.
WHAT THE JOB IS:
Full timing chain assembly replacement — not just one part. This engine has two timing chains plus an oil pump chain, so the job includes:
• All 3 chains (both timing chains + oil pump chain)
• All 3 hydraulic tensioners
• All chain guides and tensioner arms
• Crank and oil pump sprockets
• New front cover seal and RTV, water pump while it's open
• Fresh oil/filter and coolant refill
CAM PHASERS (VVT sprockets): Please inspect all 4 while the cover is off and quote separately if any need replacing. At 92k I don't expect them to be worn, and I am aware the updated intake phasers require the updated camshaft — so I want your honest assessment before committing to that. Do not replace them without discussing it with me first.
CURRENT SYMPTOM: Slight rattle on cold start that goes away after a few seconds, and check engine light — failed IL emissions on it. A shop has already done a diagnostic, an oil change (correct 5W-20), and replaced the VVT solenoid; the light came back. I have the shop's estimate and diagnostic findings and will share them with you. Runs normally otherwise.
PARTS: I will supply the complete new timing kit (Gates or Cloyes), water pump, seals and gaskets. You supply labor and consumables (RTV, oil, coolant) — or quote those separately, your choice.
WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR:
• You have a garage, shop, or covered bay to do the work in. I have no garage, and this is not a driveway job with cold weather coming. Van is drivable and I will bring it to you.
• You've done timing chains on a Hyundai/Kia V6 before (Sedona, Sorento, Santa Fe, Azera, Genesis — same engine family). Please mention this in your reply.
• Access to the factory timing procedure/torque specs — timing marks on this engine are not obvious and it must be set correctly.
• Firm quote for labor, estimated turnaround time, and how many days you'd need the van.
• Some kind of warranty on your labor.
• References or photos of similar work appreciated.
LOCATION: McHenry, IL. Willing to drive anywhere in McHenry County or the northwest suburbs.
COMPENSATION: $600–$900 labor (parts supplied by me), depending on experience. Phaser work, if needed, quoted separately.
