Looking for an experienced carpenter/handyman for an exterior repair project.
Scope of work:
- Frame in existing wall AC opening and install plywood over opening
- Replace/rebuild rotted framing underneath glass block window and install plywood
- Remove existing rotted siding and/or plywood and replace with new material
Must have experience with framing and exterior repairs and have your own tools.
Please reply with your availability, hourly/day rate, and experience. Photos of previous work are a plus. Would like to start this on Monday.
