GravyWork is hiring 3 experienced restaurant servers in McLean, VA, to provide warm, attentive dining service to residents. Immediate start opportunities available.
Pay and Schedule:
- $20.50/hour
- Part-time, up to 5 days per week
- Open availability preferred, particularly Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
- Final schedules will be confirmed
Responsibilities:
- Greet residents and provide friendly, professional table service
- Take orders and serve food and beverages accurately
- Follow formal dining standards and accommodate dietary needs
- Manage multiple tables and maintain clean, organized service areas
- Work with the dining team to support smooth service
Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of table-service experience
- Strong communication skills and a patient, professional approach
- Knowledge of dietary restrictions and allergens
- Comfortable using POS systems
- Able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 lbs., and carry trays safely
- Resume and in-person interview required
