Transport4Elders LLC, an established non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) company serving Northern Virginia, is seeking reliable, responsible, and professional drivers for full-time positions.
We transport seniors and individuals with disabilities to adult day programs, medical appointments, and other scheduled destinations.
We are looking for dependable individuals interested in stable, long-term employment who take punctuality, passenger safety, and customer service seriously.
WHAT WE OFFER
$17.50 per hour
8 HOURS OF GUARANTEED PAY PER SCHEDULED WORKDAY
$700 GUARANTEED GROSS WEEKLY PAY for five scheduled workdays
TAKE YOUR ASSIGNED COMPANY VEHICLE HOME OVERNIGHT!
No need to come to the office every morning to pick up your vehicle
Company-provided vehicle — no personal vehicle required
Monday–Friday work schedule
Consistent transportation assignments
Training provided for qualified applicants

Company vehicles are for authorized business use only, subject to company policy.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Safely transport seniors and individuals with disabilities
Arrive on time for all scheduled pickups and drop-offs
Assist passengers entering and exiting the vehicle
Follow assigned routes and dispatch instructions
Use company-provided transportation applications to document trips
Maintain vehicle cleanliness and follow safety procedures
Communicate professionally with passengers, families, and management
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Ability to pass background checks and required screenings
Reliable attendance and excellent punctuality
Good communication and customer service skills
Comfortable using smartphone applications
Patient, courteous, and respectful toward elderly and disabled passengers
Ability to meet the physical requirements of assisting passengers safely
Previous NEMT, shuttle, senior transportation, or professional driving experience is preferred but not required.
