Oday 31 has a nice swim platform on the stern, what makes her a great sailboat for day trips, gunkhole exploring, and coastal cruising. She is enjoyable to sail and inexpensive for maintenance. Oday is known in making miracles with a nice living space.
She has a mainsail and roller furling headsail, which are in good serviceable condition.
Diesel engine is Universal 18hp that runs reliably, with two batteries about 2 years new. For navigation, she has Lowrance Elite 7" MFD, VHF radio, depth meter, compass, and Raymarine autopilot.
Ready to sail away, though needs some TLC, mostly cosmetic (replace the screen for autopilot, $99 on eBay, water pressure pump installed, just to be connected. She also has a water heater and holding tabk.
Located in a nice affordable marina in Mayo MD, slip is transferable.
