I’m a 38-year-old working professional (and one well-behaved indoor cat) looking for a small, long-term space, ideally an ADU, backyard cottage, or basement suite. I want something more affordable than my one bedroom, but I'm Autistic and I don't thrive with roommates.
I'm stable, low-key, and introverted (maybe even a little dull). My free time is spent swimming, cooking healthy meals, doing word puzzles, and playing video games with headphones on. I'm clean, respectful of privacy and shared boundaries, a non-smoker, and financially reliable.
I currently work in property management and have past experience as an apprentice electrician. I’m happy to assist with minor home maintenance, garden care, or small repair projects around the property for a mutually beneficial arrangement.
What I’m Looking For:
An ADU, studio, or private suite with a private bathroom.
Kitchen or kitchenette (or flexible kitchen access for meal prepping a few times a week).
I'm hoping for rent to be at or under $1,000 and to move before the end of the year.
