Yanni bistro in Matthews, NC, is looking for an experienced Moroccan chef to join our kitchen.
What you'll do:
Prepare authentic Moroccan dishes (tagines, couscous, pastilla, harira, grilled meats, etc.)
Help create and improve our menu
Keep the kitchen clean and follow food safety standards
Work with our team to keep quality consistent
What we're looking for:
Experience cooking Moroccan cuisine in a restaurant or professional kitchen
Knowledge of traditional spices, techniques, and presentation
Reliable, on time, and able to work in a fast-paced kitchen
