We are seeking a dependable, motivated, and mechanically inclined Radon Mitigation Installer to join our growing team. This position involves installing radon mitigation systems in residential and commercial properties while providing excellent customer service and maintaining high-quality workmanship.
Experience in radon mitigation, construction, HVAC, plumbing, roofing, or general trades is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
Install radon mitigation systems according to company and industry standards
Operate power tools, ladders, and basic construction equipment safely
Drill through concrete, wood, and masonry materials
Install PVC piping, fans, and ventilation components
Seal sump pits, cracks, and penetrations as needed
Communicate professionally with homeowners and customers
Maintain a clean and organized job site
Complete installation documentation and photos
Drive company vehicles to job sites
Follow all safety procedures and regulations
Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, basements, and on ladders
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Basic construction or mechanical experience preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable transportation to and from work
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
