Lightly used commercial Broaster Model 1800GH-ST natural-gas pressure fryer with SmartTouch programmable controller and built-in oil filtration. Original price of $23,838. Fully functional lid lock, pressure release, gasket, thermostat, controller, filtration system, and NO leaks. Works 100%; last used in July of 2024. Approximately 42-lb oil capacity, 65,000 BTU/hour and 14-lb chicken capacity per load. Original operating manual is included. Stainless-steel construction.
