REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) 1240
VENDED MEAL SERVICES
The Contra Costa County Employment and Human Services Department (EHSD), Community Services Bureau (CSB), announces the issuance of Request for Proposal (RFP) 1240 for qualified agencies to provide countywide Vended Meal Services to Contra Costa County’s early childhood education (ECE) program.
Total program funding is estimated at up to $1,593,064 for the initial period of February 1, 2027 through January 31, 2028. Contra Costa County (County) has the ability to award the successful bidder a one (1) year contract with up to four (4) optional one-year renewal contracts based upon satisfactory performance, available funding and service need.
Submission of bids in response to RFP 1240 are due by 5:00 p.m. PST on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, without exception.
