What You'll Be Doing:
• Morning Meetup: Meet at the Martinez shop/warehouse around 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM.
• Loading & Driving: Load moving trucks with furniture and decor, then drive/ride to job sites.
• On-Site Execution: Unload items for home stagings or load items back up during post-sale pickups.
• Travel: Paid travel time. Some days involve up to 4 hours on the road (driving or passenger).
Requirements:
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability and confidence to drive a standard U-Haul-sized box truck.
• Physical capability to lift, load, and unload furniture safely.
• Strong work ethic, efficiency, and a serious attitude toward quality work.
Details & Pay:
• Pay starts at $20.00/hour (performance-based raises available).
• Part-time to start, with potential to scale up to full-time (up to 60 hrs/week within a few months).
• 1099 contractor basis (no taxes withheld upfront).
