RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead and work with a small crew
* Coordinate materials, deliveries, and daily workflow
* Maintain a safe, clean jobsite
* Communicate with the customers and our office
* Ensure quality and keep projects on schedule
QUALIFICATIONS
* Suggested: 5+ years of construction experience
* Electrical & plumbing experience
* Strong construction knowledge & safety awareness
* Basic tools + clean driving record (company truck available)
* Excellent communication skills
* Problem-solver; bilingual is a plus
