• Carpet: carpet tile and broadloom
• Resilient: VCT, LVT/LVP, sheet vinyl, rubber, and wall base
• Floor prep skills (patching, self-leveling underlayment, moisture mitigation) a plus
• Reliable crews who show up on time and finish clean
• Own tools, transportation, and enough crew to run jobs
• Able to work some nights/weekends for retail and occupied-building projects
