Job Summary
Our busy automotive repair shop needs a dependable, skilled mechanic and tire technician. You will diagnose mechanical problems, perform routine maintenance, and handle all tire-related services. We want a hard worker who takes pride in quality service and keeps a safe, clean workspace.
Key Responsibilities
• Inspect, mount, balance, and rotate tires for cars and light trucks.
• Repair flat tires and replace worn valves.
• Perform general mechanical diagnostics and repairs (brakes, suspension, oil changes, flushes, etc.).
• Communicate clearly with customers and explain required repairs.
• Keep tools, equipment, and the shop floor clean and safe.
Job Requirements
• At least 2 years of proven experience as an auto mechanic or tire technician.
• Must provide two professional work references from previous supervisors or shop managers.
• Own basic hand tools (specialty tools provided).
• Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long shifts.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
