The Hive is a health-focused superfood café specializing in açaí bowls. With the opening of our fourth location, we are seeking motivated individuals who are eager to contribute to our continued growth and success.
Compensation starts at $17.27 per hour, with an average of approximately $4 per hour in tips. We guarantee a minimum of $21–$22 per hour including tips. Free employee parking is provided.

Position Overview
As a Front of House team member, you are responsible for creating a welcoming and positive experience for every guest. This role includes barista responsibilities and goes beyond standard cashier duties.
Key responsibilities include:
Greeting and engaging with guests
Taking and processing orders
Preparing beverages (barista duties) and assisting with food presentation
Ensuring order accuracy and maintaining quality control
Managing takeout orders and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
This role requires the ability to work efficiently and remain composed during busy peak hours while maintaining high service standards.
