I rent a comfortable 2-bedroom rancher and have a spare bedroom that is currently not being used. Rather than leave it empty, I’d like to find someone who is a good fit to share the home and help with the monthly costs.
I’m looking for someone who is:
• Quiet, clean and respectful
• A non-smoker
• Responsible and considerate of shared spaces
• Not someone who regularly stays up late or makes a lot of noise
• Looking for a peaceful, comfortable place to call home
• A dog lover 🐕
I do have a large dog, who spends most of his time outside, so you must be comfortable around dogs.
This is a quiet home in a peaceful community, so I’m really looking for someone whose lifestyle is similar rather than simply filling the room.
