We are looking for reliable, hardworking, and responsible warehouse staff to join our team for a long-term working relationship.
The position involves general warehouse duties, container unloading, pallet handling, and forklift operation. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with physical work and can work safely and efficiently in a warehouse environment.
Main Duties
- Unload containers and trailers
- Operate a forklift to move and organize products
- Move, stack, and sort cartons and other materials
- Build and wrap pallets
- Load and unload materials safely
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse
- Assist with general warehouse duties as required
- Follow workplace safety procedures and instructions
Requirements
- Previous forklift operating experience is required
- Able to safely operate a forklift in a warehouse environment
- Forklift certification is preferred
- Able to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs
- Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive lifting and physical work
- Reliable, punctual, hardworking, and responsible
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous warehouse, loading/unloading, or lumper experience is preferred
- Reliable transportation to the Maple Ridge warehouse
