One Prodeva Model 315-S industrial plastic shredder and granulator machine. Manufactured by Prodeva Inc. in Jackson Center, Ohio. Engineered to slice brittle plastics, containers, jugs, and laboratory bottles down into coarse fragments for recycling or production.

Chassis & Internal Features:
Includes a wide open-top gravity feed hopper chute with an intact rubber safety splash flap, fully guarded side-mounted dual-pulley belt drive tracking assembly, and an internal cutting chamber with heavy-duty interlocking multi-tooth steel cutting discs and a perforated lower sizing screen. Features swing-bolt tie-down latches for quick maintenance access. Internal cutting chamber has been thoroughly cleaned, scraped, and cleared of old plastic debris.
Condition: Used. Machine exhibits cosmetic surface rust, scaling, and finish weathering on the outer sheet panels and internal hopper from storage. Core structural steel framing, pillow block bearings, shaft alignment, and motor mounts are straight, solid, and mechanically uncompromised. Internal cutting teeth are fully intact with no broken or missing blades, and the assembly spins smoothly by hand. Tested working prior to storage. Sold AS-IS.
Logistics: Very dense and heavy unit (approx. 400 lbs). Currently sitting on wood blocks for easier movement. Buyer must bring a truck, trailer, or proper loading muscle/equipment to transport from the yard.
