The table is structurally sturdy and in good working condition, but the surface finish has water damage (see photos). The damage is cosmetic only and does not affect the table's stability or usability. It would be a great option as-is, or for someone interested in refinishing or painting it.
Perfect for a dining room, breakfast nook, craft room, workshop, rental property, or DIY furniture project.
