😊 GIGGLESWORTH — LONG-TERM ONLY-DOG FOSTER

Gigglesworth is a 7-year-old, 42-lb American Bulldog/Lab mix who is calm, affectionate, house-trained and generally great on leash.
Previous fosters describe him as:

🛏️ Sleeps well in his own dog bed
🧠 Smart and a fast learner
🥰 Loves attention and belly rubs
However, Gigglesworth has a serious prior incident involving another foster's small dog and can become possessive/jealous.
Although he has had positive interactions with dogs at other points in his history, we are requiring:
🚫 NO OTHER DOGS IN THE HOME
A home without cats/small animals is also strongly preferred due to prey drive.
Long-term foster needed.

Chestnut is a tiny 14-lb Terrier mix who can be an incredibly affectionate, playful little companion once he trusts you.
He loves:
❤️ Sleeping close to his person
🧸 Toys
🚗 Car rides
🌳 Going outside
🥰 Cuddling on HIS terms
Chestnut is reactive toward unfamiliar dogs and people and by potentially nipping/biting
His foster MUST:
• Have no other dogs
• Be experienced with reactive dogs
• Respect his handling boundaries
• Follow his muzzle protocol on walks
• Manage introductions carefully
• Never force affection or physical handling
When it's just Chestnut and someone he trusts, previous fosters describe him as playful, cuddly and wonderful.

Need a short holiday foster commitment?
Barnabus needs coverage for ONLY FOUR NIGHTS.
Barnabus is clever and independent and enjoys walks, playing ball and having a predictable routine.
He also has resource-guarding and handling sensitivity and may growl, lunge or snap when uncomfortable.
For everyone's safety, Barnabus needs:
🚫 NO dogs
🚫 NO cats
🚫 NO children
✅ Experienced adult foster
✅ Someone who respects his personal space
✅ Careful management around toys/food
✅ Someone willing to follow rescue handling instructions

Must be 21+
Must already have full approval from landlord, roommates, family, etc.
Must be comfortable with large dogs
Must be able to follow safety instructions and leash/management notes
Must be able to attend adoption events/supply pickups at Petco in West Hollywood every other Saturday if needed
Must be able to transport dog to/from vet appointments if needed
Must commit to at least 4 weeks when possible
Must Have a valid ID / Driver's license
All personal or resident dogs MUST be spayed or neutered.
Short-term fosters are still needed too — even a few days can save a life.
Ace of Hearts provides food, supplies and approved veterinary care.
