A boutique family law firm is looking for a part-time contract attorney to assist with litigation support. MUST HAVE AT LEAST FIVE YEARS OF CA FAMILY LAW EXPERIENCE. Assignments include drafting RFOs, motions, oppositions, and replies, preparing declarations and supporting documents, legal research and discovery demands and responses (interrogatories, RFPs, RFAs, subpoenas, meet and confer letters).
The right candidate will have excellent legal writing and the ability to turn out polished work product with minimal supervision; have familiarity with the Family Code, local rules, and Judicial Council forms; be reliable and responsive, with the ability to meet deadlines; and be comfortable working remotely.
