CONTRACTOR LOOKING FOR 2-BEDROOM RENTAL – WILLING TO TRADE WORK FOR DE

I’m a local general contractor and co-owner of BAN Home Services LLC, currently looking for a 2-bedroom apartment or house to rent in the Manchester, Londonderry, Derry, or surrounding areas.

I’m especially interested in renting from a private landlord who may have a property needing repairs, updates, or ongoing maintenance.

I have years of experience in residential construction and remodeling, including:

• Carpentry and trim work
• Drywall installation and repairs
• Painting
• Doors, windows, and siding
• Flooring installation
• General property maintenance
• Apartment turnovers and punch lists
• Many other residential repairs

I’m open to working out an arrangement where I provide professional labor or agreed-upon repairs in exchange for a security deposit credit, reduced rent, or another arrangement that benefits both parties.

I’m not looking for a free place to live. I’m looking for an opportunity where we can help each other out.

I can provide references, photos of previous work, and discuss specific projects or maintenance needs.

If you’re a property owner with an available rental and think this might be something you’d be interested in, feel free to reach out.

Thanks!
Brett
