Man 52 yr old. Searching for a small appt or a room to rent. I prefer to live with a single woman. I have done it before it worked better for me. I prefer to not live with a man. So if you are a single woman and have a room with a bathroom I could rent I need to be at the 4-500 a month rate. I can help with some chores around the house in my free time. But I am an easy roommate. I just want my privacy and to be back able to come and go as i need to. I am self employed and not rich. But I get by. Please text looking for asap.
