Under One Arch is a payment processor, and we place Clover POS hardware for free.
The hardware is free with the activation of your merchant account, and it comes configured to your business. Software starts at $10 a month and is billed monthly.
The $400 is for our White Glove Setup only. If you'd rather do the setup on your own, you don't pay it.
Here's everything you get with the White Glove Setup:
1. Menu/inventory setup
2. Integration with DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub (if applicable)
3. A simple 1 to 3 page website
4. A Google Review automation to increase your reviews
5. An in-person kickoff (when applicable) or a kickoff Zoom call
6. A dedicated account manager whose job is to help you maximize what your Point of Sale can do
