OmniFastTrack supplies drivers and same-day delivery for national carriers and retailers across six states. In this role you’ll find the drivers, then keep the routes moving. That makes you central to how we grow and how we deliver.
Pay: $55,000/year
Schedule: Monday 1:00pm–9:00pm; Tuesday–Friday 9:00am–5:00pm. On-site in Malvern, PA, with some flexibility during peak season.
Recruiting (about [60] % of the role)
Own the full hiring cycle for independent-contractor delivery drivers: sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding
Fill driver needs at our carrier and retail branches across NJ, PA, NY, IL, FL and TX, including peak-season surges
Post and manage ads on Indeed, Facebook, Craigslist and other boards, and build referral pipelines and a standing bench of drivers
Screen candidates for the right vehicle type for each account, and guide them through background and onboarding clearance until they’re road-ready
Dispatch (about [40]% of the role)
Cover Monday evening dispatch and set up the week’s routes
Assign same-day and expedited runs to drivers, and cover call-outs and last-minute orders
Track drivers in real time and keep customers updated on pickups, deliveries and delays
Confirm proof of delivery and keep dispatch records accurate
Back up the dispatch team during peaks, lunches and time off
What we’re looking for
1+ year of experience in recruiting, dispatch, or both, ideally in courier, logistics, last-mile or staffing
Comfortable on the phone all day and able to switch between filling tomorrow’s openings and fixing today’s late delivery
Organized enough to run several openings and active routes in several states at the same time
Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets, job boards, and dispatch/GPS tracking tools
Nice to have: experience recruiting 1099 contractors; familiarity with Philadelphia-area and NJ roads.
