Studio Electronics MIDIMOOG – Converted From Original Minimoog Model D - $7,500 (Malibu)

I owned the original Minimoog prior to the conversion and had Studio Electronics convert it into their rackmount MIDIMOOG configuration. This is therefore not simply a modern Minimoog-style synthesizer—it originated from my actual vintage Minimoog Model D.
The MIDIMOOG combines the legendary three-oscillator Minimoog analog architecture and classic Moog-style filter with Studio Electronics' professional rackmount implementation and MIDI capability.
The instrument has spent its life in my private professional recording studio, permanently installed in a studio rack. It has never been toured or subjected to the wear normally associated with live equipment.

PROVENANCE
I personally owned the original Minimoog Model D keyboard before its conversion and had it converted into this MIDIMOOG configuration by Studio Electronics.
I no longer have the original conversion paperwork, so it is not being represented as a documented conversion. I am describing the history of the instrument based on my personal ownership and having had the conversion performed.
CONDITION
Excellent studio-kept condition.
The MIDIMOOG has remained installed in my private recording studio and has not been used as touring or road equipment.
