This unit has been kept permanently installed in my private recording studio rack and carefully maintained. It has never been toured or subjected to the normal wear associated with live or mobile equipment.
The Nord Rack 3 was produced from approximately 2002–2007 in Sweden and features 24-voice polyphony along with MIDI In, Out and Thru.
One of the standout features of the Rack 3 is its exceptionally hands-on interface, giving immediate access to oscillator, filter, envelope, LFO, modulation and performance parameters. The LED-ring control system makes patch editing and recalling settings especially intuitive.
