Location: Malibu / Agoura Hills — 7 minutes from 101 FWY at Kanan Road exit.
Seeking experienced concrete form carpenters and rebar installers for a residential foundation project.
Footing excavation is underway. Approved structural plans and rebar drawings are available, and rebar has been ordered. We are considering pouring the footings first and the slab later.
Work includes:
Completing footing forms, bracing, and elevation checks
Placing and tying footing rebar with proper supports and concrete cover
Installing dowels, holdowns, and anchor bolts according to approved details
Preparing the work for required inspections
Separate formwork and rebar crews are welcome, or one contractor who handles both. This is concrete foundation formwork, not house framing.
