I'm the original owner of this bed fan. The outlet of the adjustable air flow guide is positioned between your sheets on the end of the bed to keep you cool under the blankets. It comes with a wireless remote which is illuminated upon touch and allows for both turning the unit on and off, and a continuously variable rotary control to adjust the fan speed.

The base is reversible and draws air from under the bed or position it the opposite way for platform beds that sit flat on the floor.

The adjustable guide changes height for different size bed frames and mattresses. The clips which hold the guide no longer work, so I used duct tape to hold it in place. Otherwise, everything else functions properly. The unit has some discoloration and scuff marks, but only the bottom part of the unit below the mattress is visible in your bedroom.
