This Virus C has been permanently installed in my studio rack and carefully maintained. It has never been toured or subjected to the normal wear and tear associated with live or mobile equipment.
The Virus C is one of the most sought-after generations of the classic Access Virus line. Released as the successor to the Virus B, the C increased polyphony to 32 voices and provides three main oscillators plus sub oscillator, dual multimode filters, extensive modulation, three LFOs, 16-part multitimbrality, arpeggiators, vocoder and a large collection of onboard effects.
It remains an outstanding hardware synthesizer for electronic music, dance, pop, ambient, film scoring and sound design.
