Hello. I am looking for a maintenance technician or small carpentry position. Have experience in apt. turns, plumbing, painting, drywall repair, trim work etc. Can work in a house setting also in demo and repairs. Have resume and referrals and tools and adequate transportation. I can work part time of full and weekdays preferred.
