This unit itself works perfectly and generates excellent sound quality. (We had a CDE player connected to the Receiver also.) Remote is excellent too. Only reason for selling is that we live in a condo and can't get good quality sound from local radio stations using an indoor antenna (which is free if you want it). We are prohibited from having an outdoor antenna. So we bought a receiver that gets us stations from the web.
