Looking for a lease takeover for the spring 2027 semester at the James Apartment complex in Madison. Buyer of interest would be taking over a lease with 3 roommates (male) in a 4 bed 2 bath on the 12th floor of the James. This luxury apartment includes in-unit washer/dryer, a kitchen, a beautiful balcony with a view, and access to the James' Gym and Sauna.
