Responsibilities:
- 1 Bathroom Job per week
- 2 House Jobs
- 1 hour of kitchen clean-up per week
- Make a meal for housemates once every 3 weeks
- Attend house meetings once every two weeks and extra meetings as necessary.
Expenses:
- 500$ refundable security deposit
- Room rent ranges from 225 - 320$ depending on the room size (Range from 87.2 - 227 square feet)
- Utilities and internet fluctuate, recently the total has been around 70$
- Foodshare is usually 80, but ranges 60-100$
Membership Process:
- Go to 4 meals at the house to get a tour and meet the members. (Message us to see when we have meals scheduled. All meals are at 6pm unless otherwise stated)
- After the 4th meal, we will schedule a membership meeting/ interview for you that will take about 2-3 hours.
- The board will vote on your membership.
We are pet friendly, but pets must be membershiped and accepted independently of their human.
Move in date on a case by case basis
Applicants preferred to stay at least 1 year
