Looking for a roommate to move in the month of October!! I am very clean, love to organize, and have a peaceful home. I have a Shih-Tzu named Rollie. He loves people and snuggling. The apartment is fully furnished except the spare bedroom. This apartment has a shared basement and lots of closets for storage.

A little about me: I am 29 years old. I love to dance, decorate for the holidays (entire apartment is decorated for Halloween) and I enjoy a movie night or cozy night curled up reading a book. Iā€™m very chill and quiet, respectful, and considerate.

The apartment is located in the Tenney-Latham neighborhood near the elementary school. Street parking is available. Utilities run about $100-120 per person. Water is roughly $60/month, WiFi $45/per month, gas/electric varies depending on the time of year $100-$160/month. The room is $900.
