Need car gone ASAP! - $4,000 (Madison)

Selling my Hyundai Tiburon SE V6, which I’ve primarily used as a summer car. I no longer have a need for it and would love to see it go to someone who can enjoy it.
Vehicle Details:
* 6-Speed Manual Transmission
* V6 Engine
* Clean Title
* Runs and drives, but needs some repairs
* Located on the West Side of Madison, WI
Known Issues / Repairs Needed:
Shift Cable: The original shift cable broke, and I was told by my mechanic that the replacement part has been discontinued. Unfortunately, he was unable to locate the correct cable and installed a shorter alternative.
Because the replacement cable is too short, the shifter currently only allows access to 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and reverse. It cannot reach 1st, 5th, or 6th gear.
The engine runs well, and based on what my mechanic explained, the shifting limitation is related to the incorrect cable rather than a confirmed internal transmission issue. However, the proper repair will need to be completed.
Air Conditioning: The A/C is not currently blowing cold air and has a suspected leak.
Radio: The radio works but could use some attention.
Why I’m Selling:
I’m not particularly knowledgeable when it comes to working on cars, and I simply don’t have the time or interest to track down the correct replacement part and complete the repairs.
Rather than letting the car continue sitting, I’d prefer to sell it to someone who enjoys working on vehicles or is looking for a project.
