Heavy-duty custom-built twin loft bed made from real lumber. This thing is very solid and does not wobble. Much sturdier than a typical store-bought loft bed.

It has cosmetic kid marks/wear from use, but the wood could easily be sanded and painted or refinished if desired. No known structural issues.

Measurements:

* Overall: 80” long × 45” wide × 80” high
* Mattress platform: 39” × 75” — standard twin
* Under-bed clearance: approximately 48”
* Guardrail height from mattress platform: approximately 13”
* Best suited for a low-profile mattress, approximately 4” thick
* Main frame boards are approximately 7” wide

Photos were taken while we are remodeling the basement, so please excuse the surroundings.

Bed will be disassembled and ready for pickup. Photos show it assembled so you can see how it goes together and how sturdy the construction is.

Mattress not included.
