R.J. Wherry & Associates is looking for experienced Cabinet & Architectural Millwork Installers to join our growing team.
We manufacture and install custom commercial architectural millwork throughout the Nashville area and across the United States. Our work includes custom cabinetry, casework, reception desks, nurse stations, wall paneling, countertops, solid surface, trim, and other architectural specialties.
Responsibilities & Expectations:
Install commercial cabinets, casework, countertops, wall panels, trim, and custom millwork
Read architectural drawings, shop drawings, and field dimensions
Perform accurate layout, leveling, scribing, fitting, fastening, and finishing
Complete punch-list items and field adjustments
Protect finished products and maintain a clean, professional jobsite
Communicate effectively with project managers, supervisors, and other trades
Maintain high standards for quality, productivity, and craftsmanship
Be dependable, punctual, organized, and able to work independently
Travel when required for out-of-town projects
Follow company and jobsite safety requirements
What We're Looking For:
Previous cabinet, millwork, finish carpentry, or commercial installation experience is strongly preferred. Applicants should be comfortable using standard woodworking and installation tools and take pride in producing clean, professional work.
Travel is not mandatory but is a beneficial.
Competitive pay based on experience. Full-time work with opportunities for advancement.
