Subletting my apartment from December 10th-May 31st! The apartment will be fully furnished, as I'm not moving out for good, I'll just be out of town for the winter/ spring term. I recently moved into this apartment, and have no complaints! The landlord is responsive, and the neighbors (4 unit building) are kind. It is right off the bike path and close to transit (A/B express buses, D and C buses are nearby, too). Great neighborhood in Madison, close to lots of parks and cafes/restaurants. There is a parking spot that comes with the unit, which would be all yours. There is free laundry in the basement and storage there, too. I have a window AC unit in the living room, but the apartment also keeps very cool generally.

Ideally I would like to sublet to someone who’s moving to Madison and needs a place to stay while they find another lease! Open to a shorter sublet time frame, too. I'm including all wifi/utilities/etc in the rental cost, so it would be $1000 total! My one big ask is for someone comfortable keeping my plants alive (there are like 15--fairly low maintenance, but they would have to be watered a few times a month).
